Te sientes como en casa, tienes muchas comodidades, como puede ser aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo, cocina y ducha a gas, el aparcamiento es fácil, siempre hay donde aparcar, te dejan todo lo necesario para la estancia, bebida, aseo, etc. El tema entretenimiento tiene Movistar+

− El colchón es bastante incómodo, las ventanas del salón tienen las mosquiteras rotas, pocas tomas de corriente, en la habitación muy poca iluminación al igual que en el baño . La apertura de la puerta de entrada sin llaves estaba averiada, así que se hubiera agradecido otra llave ya que éramos 2 personas. En el anuncio pone que hay lavadora, dentro del piso no vimos ninguna, pero tampoco preguntamos si afuera existe alguna zona de lavado. Conclusión: Es un piso bastante recomendable a pesar de los contras, por su localización, tranquilidad, fácil aparcamiento y comodidad de la estancia en general.

Molto carino, come nelle foto. C era tutto l essenziale di cui hai bisogno per cucinare, lavatrice disponibile anche se non dentro l appartamento e l'host è sempre stato d'aiuto e ha risposto ai messaggi e alle domande molto velocemente

− Faceva un po' fresco nella settimana in cui siamo stati noi e non c era riscaldamento ( ovviamente si lo so siamo a Tenerife) siamo stati un po' sfortunati perchè siamo arrivati nel bel mezzo di una tempesta, ma il problema principale è stata la doccia ,non scendeva bene l acqua e puntualmente si allagava tutto.

Great staff and services, feels like home. We had a late night check in and had to switch rooms during our stay. Everything works out smoothly thanks to the staffs. The rooms are clean and quiet. Location is convenient.

Appartement spacieux, confortable. Trés bon emplacement à proximité du tram reliant d’un côté le centre de la Laguna et de l’autre Santa Cruz. Pas de problème pour se garer .

Die Wohnung ist aufmerksam ausgestattet.. Durch die Tram ist man schnell und kostengünstig in der Altstadt von La Laguna bzw. in Santa Cruz.

− Der Flugläm stört, vor allem in den Morgenstunden. Die Wohnung war insgesamt feucht, auch in den Küchenschränken.
