Beautiful grounds and facilities, but rooms could use an update
8.0The property itself is truly beautiful with expansive, well-maintained installations. The pools are a major highlight and are perfect for cooling off on very hot days. It is a lovely place to spend time and relax.
− The rooms are quite basic and would benefit from some modernization and better maintenance. Specifically, the lack of air conditioning was noticeable, and having only one fan for the entire room made it difficult to stay cool. Additionally, while the pools are refreshing in the heat, they are unheated, so they can be a bit chilly if the weather isn't scorching.

5.0Me gustaron mucho las áreas comunes del hotel. La alberca es muy agradable y su área de camastros es muy cómoda. El staff es muy atento y además la comida tiene buen sabor. El desayuno continental es sencillo pero agradable.
− La señal del WiFi es sumamente mala a pesar de que nuestra habitación se encontraba frente a uno de loa repetidores. La limpieza es buena sin embargo las habitaciones se ven anticuadas y al baño le hace falta mantenimiento (la regadera estaba tapada). Solo hay un ventilador de piso en la habitación y no puedes abrir las ventanas por las noches ya que no hay mosquitero y la verdad es que se encierra mucho el calor por las noches.

6.0Atención de meseros en bar y alberca, la piscina buen tamaño, lugar tranquilo, no hay nada alrededor, buena ubicación si vas a boda en piedraviva
− Reservé 2 habitaciones específicamente una de cama doble y otra de dos camas individuales, no respetan las las habitaciones, al llegar la señora de recepción (por cierto bastante grosera) dijo que no habían habitaciones de dos camas y que booking no reservo correctamente porque a ella no le salía que había pedido dos camas, le enseñé mi reservación y dijo que no habían habitaciones y que es lo que había habitaciónes de Ema doble, tuvimos que dormir mi hermano y yo aplastados en una cama matrimonial
Bien ubicado, pero la invitación no estaba limpia
5.0Estaba bien ubicado para el lugar adonde yo iba a ir quedó cerca, no está lejos del centro si andas en automóvil
− Pedí una habitación específica y al llegar me dijeron que tenían dos opciones pero no la que yo. Aparte. La habitación estaba sucia. Encontré una cucaracha palomas y una mariposa. El piso estaba sucio.
