The location was great and the girl who welcomed us was very communicative and nice

− The heating system wasnt working,we found no blankets and it was cold. At the beginning of our stay was no hot water

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Staff were very helpful when there was a problem with the water. They responded quickly and resolved the issue.

Location was excellent—2 blocks to train station, in quieter area, but still easy walk to restaurants. Supermarket right below in same building.

− Wi-Fi could be better; it was not fast enough for working or zoom calls. Take pictures upon arrival of anything that could be considered damaged and text them to host immediately to avoid any later controversy. Have host that meets you show you how to unlock apartment door and practice while host is there.
