3.0Only cleanliness was satisfying.
โ We booked 12 hotel rooms in the beginning. Due to the reason of reducing our participants, we wanted to cancel 2 rooms. they refused cancel the booking. So decided to use all 12 rooms. Finally on the hotel staying day at 10.00 p.m. we got to know that they have reduced rooms to 10. But no refund is available for the 2 rooms. And the our plan was to stay 2 participants in the same room. We realized once we get into it, bed is so small can't sleep 2 persons. Really disappointed about the service they provided to us.
