Beautiful view, very spacious, and cosy. It’s located at a high point, but since you’re renting a property right beside the castle, that’s to be expected, and for us, it wasn't a problem at all. Even being pregnant, I found it perfectly manageable, and my family loved it. Using the elevator in the supermarket was a great help, though we often enjoyed taking the stairs just to see more of the neighbourhood. We will definitely be back!

− The only minor thing was the shower curtain, which didn't quite stop the water from splashing out. It was a bit annoying, but definitely not a big problem.

Die Aussicht über die Stadt ist wunderschön.

− Baulärm ab morgens 8 Uhr von dem Appartment oben drüber. Für Langschläfer aktuell nicht zu empfehlen.

Clean, comfortable location was excellent. Tv has atendancy to turn pink for no reason. Great shower and fantastic balcony. Remember have to get a taxi no uber or tuc tuc. If u come out and turn left u will find the elevator down. Makes a big difference.views and food at the zambeezee .. fabulous. Thank you sofia.

− Niebezpieczne schody strome i zniszczone do apartamentu, nieszczelne okna z których ciekła woda podczas deszczu, awaria centralnego ogrzewania, nieszczelne drzwi które przy podmuchu wiatru stukały, bardzo zniszczona drewniana podłoga - przy chodzeniu boso bądź w skarpetach wbijały się drzazgi i rwały skarpety, reaktywność personelu na skargi bardzo ograniczona, czystość na bardzo umiarkowanym poziomie zwłaszcza w łazience i na półkach w szafie, taras niestety nie jest w apartamencie ale wymaga wyjścia poza niego co może być mylące bo zdjęcia tego nie oddają, pod apartament nie da się podjechać taxi bo jest w strefie zamkniętej dla ruchu - trzeba podejść kilkaset metrów na piechotę z walizkami po bruku, zapadnięte materace do spania w łóżku, dla rodzin z dziećmi apartamentu nie polecamy

Appartement spacieux et lumineux, bien placé pour visiter la ville, à condition de ne pas craindre les marches. Des produits de bases etaient présents dans l'appartement (papier, condiments, café ) ainsi que des pasteis de nata offerts par l'hôte.

− Certains équipements de cuisine mériteraient d’être renouvelés (planches à découper, poêles). Les couchages et la télévision sont également un peu justes à mon gout Point important à signaler : l’accès à la terrasse se fait par l’extérieur de l’appartement et la porte se claque facilement avec la clé à l’intérieur. C’est ce qui nous est arrivé le 31 décembre à 23h45. La personne en charge de l’accueil (via boîte à clés) nous a apporté un double depuis Sintra. Le déplacement a été facturé 100 € (Uber), montant que j’ai dû régler le lendemain matin. Même si l’erreur nous incombe, le tarif demandé m’a semblé élevé. À noter également qu’aucun justificatif/facture ne nous a été fourni malgré notre demande. Une clé de secours ou une procédure alternative éviterait ce type de situation.

La vistas son increíbles y la ubicación muy buena. El apartamento está muy bien y está equipado con todo. La atención muy buena.

− Hay muchísimas escaleras de acceso al apartamento desde el portal del bloque.
