Liked the house that included 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All very clean and comfortable. All basics included for our stay.

− I did not like how hard it was to get any help from the manager of the property and then with booking.com. We needed to stay an extra night and when messaging the host, I would only get an automated message that they don’t handle that. I could tell that it was not booked. By the time I finally got a human to message me back I was directed to Booking’s help line. They didn’t even want to allow me to add another night and when finally agreed to help-Oops, it was booked. Whether it was or they just blocked me, I do not know. Very suspicious. We were there for my daughter’s wedding and it only added stress to an already busy weekend. Lost revenue for them along with my lost confidence in their company.
