The house is spacious, in a quiet location, and was plenty big enough for our group. The bathrooms were clean, and we especially loved the games room and the garden, which were great additions and made our stay even more enjoyable. There were just a few areas that could be improved. The oven was very dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned before our arrival. The dishwasher rack was broken, which made loading and unloading it quite difficult. The conservatory/patio doors were stiff and didn't open and close properly. It would also have been nice to have a pint of milk on arrival, as we've found this to be a thoughtful touch in many holiday homes. Only four teabags were provided, and we also had to buy additional toilet roll during our stay. Despite these minor issues, we had a great holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property. With a little more attention to these details, it would be an excellent place to stay. Reply Forward

Spacious and comfortable, great that all living spaces were on one floor. Quiet area , short drive to town but can walk

− Nothing really , it was basic and comfortable, had everything you need - except a dustpan ! 🤣but it had a hand brush

- Strictly NO smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found)
- If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labor and additional cleaning)
