− Il servizio è catastrofico, l'agenzia aveva promesso dei ventilatori, ed abbiamo dovuto chiamare svariate volte per poterli ottenere, alla fine è stata la proprietaria a portarceli. Il controllo dell'appartamento fatto dopo il check out in nostra assenza, ci hanno contestato un danno che in realtà era già presente al nostro arrivo, trattenendo la cauzione. Sull'annuncio c'è scritto che gli animali sono ammessi senza supplemento, ma ci hanno chiesto 50€ in più rispetto al prezzo pagato.
