- Ausstattung gut in Schuss - netter Vermieter - Eigener Parkplatz - sauber
− Im Sommer kann die Dachgeschosswohnung sehr warm werden. Eine Klimaanlage wäre gut und ist kein Luxus mehr. Insbesondere, da man bei offenen Fenster ab 5 Uhr morgens von dem Straßenverkehr geweckt wird.
