8.0Apartament duży 3 sypialnie duży salon z kuchnią i duża lazienka. W kuchni kilka mebli do naprawy co należałoby zrobić i w zamrażalce pojemniki połamane tez do wymiany co było juz pisane w poprzednich komentarzach. Brak otwieracza do butelek . Kawa z expresu na kapsułki 2zł płatna. Parking 50zl za dobe ale tylko na 1 auto , sa miejsca obok budynku mozna parkować darmowo jeśli sie znajdzie miejsce a na wprost żabki jest duży apcoa płatny 80zl za dobe jakby ktoś chciał zostawić na więcej czasu.. Dostaliśmy sms z tym jak wjechac na parking i wejść do budynku wiec nie ma z tym żadnego problemu. Klucze do odbioru w żabce byly wiec zaraz obok jest wejście do budynku i wjazd na parking. Ręczniki w łazience są, i chemia w kuchni tez.. Piekny widok z tarasu z 32 piętra niedostępny dla gości wynajmujących tylko wlascicieli mieszkań.jest tam tez strefa chillout, widoki piękne. Ale ochrona wyprasza zaraz wiec tam sie nie posiedzi. Ogólnie apartament ok tylko trzeba go trochę odświeżyć i naprawić te szafki w kuchni.
− Taras widokowy na 32 piętrze dostępny tylko dla właścicieli mieszkań , nie wiem czemu tak jest skoro wynajmujemy mieszkanie tez powinniśmy mieć do niego dostęp a tu za każdym razem ochrona wjeżdżała i nas wypraszała. Brudne balkony chyba w ogóle tam nikt nie zagląda żeby je umyć.

10.0Apartament przestronny, 3 oddzielne sypialnie z podwójnymi łóżkami oraz salon. Duża łazienka z wanną i oddzielnym prysznicem. Lokalizacja najlepsza w Gdyni. Kompletne wyposażona kuchnia. Inne udogodnienia tj. ekspres do kawy, suszarka, pralka czy deska do prasowania. Niczego tam nie brakuje.

2.0Leider nicht viel, bis auf die Lage. Die Aussicht ist leider auch nicht wirklich toll.
− Der Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Polen war leider enttäuschend. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden mehrere Mängel festgestellt. Unter anderem waren Steckdosen lose, die Toilettenschüssel passte überhaupt nicht richtig und die Toilette war zudem beschädigt. Auch die Türgriffe waren locker bzw. mangelhaft befestigt. Der allgemeine Zustand der Unterkunft wirkte stark in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt. In der Küche fehlten teilweise Schränke, wodurch die Ausstattung unvollständig erschien. Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft in keiner Weise den Erwartungen, die man bei diesem Preis haben sollte. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht zu dem Zustand, der vor Ort vorgefunden wurde. Leider können wir den Aufenthalt daher nicht weiterempfehlen.
