Horrible all around!

The location was close to where I needed to be.

− Where do I start? This was supposed to be a 2 bedroom location but the upstairs loft area had an ant infestation and was completely uninhabitable. My husband ended up sleeping on the floor so that my daughter could sleep in the bed. When I mentioned this to the host he told me it was a seasonal thing but that was way more than a seasonal thing! The furniture was very ratty and old. My husband went to put on his shoes and when he sat on a chair it collapsed under him hurting his ankle. The outdoor furniture was also very ratty and the tablecloth on the table was dirty and still had a popsicle stick stuck on it from the previous guests. The check in time isn't until 5 pm which is very late and interfered with our dinner plans because we had to check in quickly and then scoot to our dinner reservation right away. Which is also why we didn't notice the ant situation until we got back to the house at 11 pm. The owner was very aware of the ant problem, putting down some ant traps and a can of insecticide but that was completely useless with the amount of ants in that room. At 11 pm the owner informed us that we didn't have to check in and could find other accommodations so we just had to bite the bullet and stay. Where were we going to go at 11 pm???

Accettano i cani e aria condizionata

− A dire vero la casa era talmente sporca che ci sarebbe da chiamare l’ufficio di igiene, mai visto cosa simile in una struttura ricettiva, tutta la proprietà versa in uno stato di incuria generale ed è un peccato perché ha del potenziale, ma è proprio incredibile quello che abbiamo trovato perfino ho dei forti dubbi sulle lenzuola (non sembrano del tutto pulite)

It was acceptable for us just for a one night while traveling

Easy to find and good parking space

− The place needs much much better cleaning… there were cobwebs and spiders everywhere, dead ants in the kitchen drawers where the utensils are and lot of dust especially the room upstairs.
