1.0saya kena tipu oleh pihak bravo room, disaat saya sampe diapartemen ternyata pihak bravo room sudah tidak bekerja sama lagi dengan pihak apartemen, ketika saya tiba disana, rupanya kamar yg saya pesan tidak ada. semoga pihak booking.com bisa meninjau, karna konon korbannya bukan hanya saya.

− pemilik tidak cek saat mau dipakai? TV tidak nyala, dispenser sama skl blm pernah diganti galon dan baru diminta ganti tpi mesin rusak....mestinya seblm ada yg pakai dicek semua.
