3.0Location was good , room attendant was nice and polite.
− Many thinks Reception did not pick up my call till 2 pm and we did not know whether we will get the room or not. Owner did pick up call in afternoon and told that I need to check with Reception before arriving to hotel as it is peak season and your room could have been sold out at higher prices. That too when we had receipt of paid advance to them They did not provide water and glasses. Only on requesting 2-3 times they gave. There was AC but no remote There was wall clock but no cell. Water in taps was salty , filthy and untreated . There was intercom but they did not give any room service no. Nos they give did not work. Restaurant service did not answer. You have to do down to Reception each time to request water , tea. Managers of hotel do not take to pick up call. All they care of money, took all in advance.
