Gode senge. Meget udstyr i køkkenet. Masser af opbevaringsplads. God terasse. Aircon på soveværelserne. Tagterrassen.

− Rengøringen kunne have været bedre. Affaldssorteringen kunne gøres nemmere med billeder. Der var ikke er strygebræt og et strygejern selvom det stod i beskrivelsen. Der manglede teskeer. Plantegning over huset kunne være en god ide, på den måde er man forberedt på, at et af værelserne er et gennemgansværelse, samt at det enen badeværelse ligger ude. Der var mange nøglet at holde styr på, et mærkat til hver nøgle ville hjælpe.

La Signora Nella è gentile e disponibile. La casa è accogliente e spaziosa. La cucina è attrezzata, lo spazio esterno permette di mangiare fuori. La strada è silenziosa e fuori dal traffico dell'Aurelia ma nello stesso tempo la posizione è ottima e si raggiungono facilmente sia Massa che Carrara..

− Metterei un retino per pulire la vasca idromassaggio.
