5.0Proximidade da vila germânica, porém via rodovia, pois a casa está localizada em uma rua sem saída, difícil de localizar Uber.
− Localizada aos fundos da casa da proprietária, o apartamento é antigo, mobiliado com sobras de mobília antiga, cadeiras da mesa são de plástico. A tv não é smart, é o excesso de bom ar chega a incomodar. O chuveiro é bom, mas o banheiro precisa de uma reforma. No quarto não há uma janela adequada, o que o deixa bem abafado. Toalhas de banho não podem ser consideradas existentes, pois são pequenas e finas.
