When we arrived, the property was hidden . The sign was tiny we could not check in no one was at the property. We called got frustrated. We ended staying at another hotel which was better set up. We never received the refund.. we spoke to booking customer service. They told us we were getting refund , but there was none . Very bad customer service. Awful . Not recommended.

Our studio room was fantastic - small but perfect (as studio rooms are). we really liked the attention to detail... like being provided a beach bag with towels to use. The house keeping ladies were absolutely lovely.

Loved the location! The convenience to the beach was amazing for our 4 day stay, we were there every chance we got. Also the proximity to food, shops and other areas near Cocoa Beach were very convenient.

Excellent communication and instruction from the team for comfortable stay (parking spot, smart TV, kitchen items, microwave, oven, fridge, towels, washing machine). The location is excellent for us: next to the beach access, not too busy area. The plus is all beach items are provided for you to use: cart, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and more.

− Wish bathroom can be slightly bigger. If we visit cocoa beach again, we would choose bigger unit if available.
