Strategic place to stay
7.0Location is great, right at the centre, five minutes walk to the Botanical garden. however it's also means it can be quite noisy at night. The room is big and fully equipped. Love the interior. There's no reception but instructions was very clear and easy to follow.
− Mattresses definitely need changing. Not only you can feel every spring, it's also make a loud creaking noise every time you move. Also, the coffee maker, even though a nice touch, it's desperately requiring cleaning/descaling.

10.0Классное место. Арендовали с друзьями двухкомнатный номер на троих. За 20 минут до заселения обломалась другая гостинка - выбирали наугад и совсем не прогадали. Классная хозяйка, все быстро объяснила что и как. Дом очень атмосферный, тем кто хочет пожить в старом Грузинском жилом фонде в отличном состоянии - это прямо сюда. Чисто, с водой проблем нет, кухня большущая, припарковаться можно. С одного из балконов даже фонтан видно. Максимум респект, часто бываю в Кутаиси, после облома с предыдущим отелем буду только здесь останавливаться - ничего искать другого не буду.
− Видимо надо придумать что не так. Ок. Дальше - одна черта почти всех гостиниц Грузии и Армении исходя из моего опыта. Никогда не ходите босиком после душа по мокрому кафелю (в том же душе, например). И тем более не ходите в стандартных белых гостиничных тапочках. Резиновые сланцы для пляжа или кроксы. Можно очень сильно поскользнуться. В данном случае еще и на балконе после дождя это можно сделать. Но я сам виноват, хотя могло бы очень плохо закончится. Но это так здесь почти везде. Наверное из 15 отелей в Грузии-Армении на моей памяти нескользкий кафель был только в одном. Резиновые антискользящие коврики в душах и на балконах в данном случае - рулят ))

10.0Приятный интерьер. Находится в самом центре, все в пешей доступности. Для одной-двух ночей - отлично. Приятная хозяйка. Порадовали ватные диски и палочки.
− В ванной комнате зона для душа никак не отделена. Вода льется на унитаз, и даже на входную дверь. Тюбики с гелем/шампунем есть, но полупустые. Такое ощущение, что до нас ими уже кто-то пользовался.
