Casa é excelente , localização boa , Dulce ótima só tive importuno de pegar uma obra no viz no mais tudo ótimo , tudo perto é mercantil na esquina , além de ser bem próx ao centro

A casa é muito confortável, com 2 quartos confortáveis e no ar condicionado. Cozinha para fazer lanches rápidos e uma sala ampla é espaçosa. O contato com a natureza é um benéfico a parte, que traz uma sensação de paz.

− Achei o muro do quintal baixo, não passa tanta segurança. Por não ser da região, dá um pouco de medo de alguém pular.
