− Inconsistent instructions on how to obtain the keys for apartment and different name to what is on websites Broken furniture left on balcony Very uncomfortable futon bed Stained carpet from previous visitors - which i had to pay for to be steam cleaned Previous visitors' food and toiletries left there Very small 2 seater lounge which stained easily as it was white. Limited cooking tools - ie 3 frypans, 1 small saucepan, small amount of cutlery, blunt knives

Great location and comfortable, but a few improvements could make it better and earn delux title
7.0This review is for substitute Blackburn property due to double booking. Location and size probably better in the end. Good hot water, allowing pet, bed, cleanliness.
− No microwave, no mugs (we left new ones bought), toilet roll holder broken, flickering light in lounge, no instructions for anything, no soap holder in shower.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
