− Instructions for the heat pump and oven. Couldn't get the oven to work. We wanted to check in earlier but never got a reply to my message.

Not what we expected

We did not feel this place was very truthfully advertised. Many people would be too frightened to drive up the very long steep drive to get to the house and this aspect should be made clear. There was no door at all on the en-suite bathroom, no toilet downstairs for the bedroom there, the only place in NZ we stayed where milk was not left, lighting was very stark and bright, this was not the standard we have experienced anywhere else in NZ.

Gave a open vibrant feeling that catered for a big family of 8 Adults and 4 Children within the ages 4yrs old to 11years old, very spacious there was never a time where you felt over crowded, so many amenities that were in the description worked so well with us like the 3 types of air-conditioned that were available, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home making us able to celebrate Christmas with our family in hamilton with the thought of going back to this beautiful home to relax after a long hot day. Merry Christmas from my family to yours and a Happy new year 🥰

− The drive way too steep at the top struggling to see over the bonet going up and down on all types of cars we had 4 different types Toyota hilux, Demio Mazda, SUV Mitsubishi, and a Toyota Prius.
