− O chuveiro estava impossível de tomar banho, entupido saia pouquíssima água, impossível de tomar banho além de ficar pingando a noite inteira. Péssima experiência já que alugamos apenas para dormir e tomar banho.

Proximidade do centro; Razoável custo-benefício, com alguns cuidados poderia ficar muito bom.

− Falta de blackout no quarto. Fica claro até na hora de dormir; Vazão do chuveiro ; Falta de espelho no quarto ; Falta de uma sanduicheira e um micro-ondas; Revisão na fechadura da porta principal; Não encontramos máquina de café conforme estava no anúncio do apto; Vale salientar que o apartamento é no 3o andar; Ventiladores ventam pouco e fazem muito barulho.

− A conservação geral EXTERNA do imóvel assusta um pouco, mas por dentro ele é bem ok. O banheiro estava repleto de teias de aranha. A geladeira é barulhenta mesmo. A senha do Wi-fi não funcionou.
