8.0Location is good. Walking distance to the train station, grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious house with 4 large bedrooms. Very comfortable for a family. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. Wifi, Netflix and a washing machine are good features.
− Although there was plenty of room for a family it lacked kitchen utensils. Not enough cutlery, mugs or bowls. There was 2 spoons, 2 forks, 2 mugs and no bowls. I would recommend providing a coffee table for the livingroom and a few outdoor chairs for the back patio. A paint refresh on the baseboards and the upstairs hallway would improve the refurbishment. The backyard grass area was not as seen in the picture. It is a overgrown weedy space. The front and back patios in need of weeding to fully enjoy that space.

− I don’t have much too comply but the entrance door have too much security and alarm system, all the time u open the door.. the alarm buzz, annoying noise
