8.0Nice place if you're looking for a break from the hustle-bustle of city life and indulge in the beauty of nature. Too cosy and pleasant. Quiet.
− A pet should have been kept. Also the beds in the hall are redundant. Should have been designed as a living room.
A must visit place for anyone visiting the area. A very wholesome and memorable experience.
10.0The location is serene. It feels like living in heaven. The farm, the animals, and food just provide a perfect konkan experience. The owner is very cooperative and good to speak to. Will definitely visit soon!

− 1.No electricity throughout night 2.No inverter even to run fan 3.No attendant around.Owner out of station. 4.Smell of crushed Kokum fruits in the apartment 5.No one in the vicinity of 1 km. 6. Had to check out even without bath. 7.No official register. 8. Had already paid ₹1596/- to owner. DEMAND REFUND.
