− Check out time is 11:00 am for sure, what I don’t like is someone is knocking on our unit to remind for the check out. We still have our 10 minutes left and we feel like we’re being pressured to check out at exactly 11am. This is the first time I encountered an airbnb stay that someone have to knock on the unit.

− The check in time. I arrived from a long flight around 1 pm and they didnt want to let me in before 3 pm. So , i tried to find another place for 2-3 hours and then at 2 pm they sent me a message that i could enter before 3 pm if i pay 200 php! Not very professional attitude guys....

9.0location, quite big room, nice tv and wifi, view from the window. Seven eleven in a condo complex. Nice bed with extension. Kitchen with equipment and the induction cooker.
− Please inform your guests about the tower number as there are 4 buildings with own reception and the guests should know the full address from day 1 to navigate the taxi.
