Molto pratica la struttura. però la camera è stata funzionale, la dormita confortevole. Grande serietà e disponibilità da parte sua. La struttura si trova nel centro di Messina e tutto si raggiunge a piedi facilmente. Nel complesso, funzionale e fruibile.

− Purtroppo la struttura è un po' stretta e nel corridoio c'è odore di chiuso. Inoltre, si nota il carattere "restrittivo" del proprietario, in quanto dovunque ci sono indicazioni e, spesso, divieti, il che crea una condizione controllante e poco confortevole.
