Super Lage in Montepulciano. In 5 Minuten in der Altstadt. Supermarkt, Bar, Restaurant um die Ecke. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung ist 80 er Jahre Stil ev. sogar etwas älter. Alles noch wie bei Mama. Goldig. In der Wohnung war so ziemlich alles vorhanden. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Bad die Toilettenspülung war sehr abenteuerlich :-) . Elias der Vermieter ist ein toller Mensch. Er kam persönlich zur Schlüsselübergabe und hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt. Er hat mehrmals in der Woche per WhatsApp nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sein. Ganz toll von ihm. Weiterhin hatte er gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants usw. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr gepflegten ordentlichem Haus mit sehr netten Nachbarn.

Lovely well equipped apartment with any amenities you may wish for. We particularly appreciated the parking right outside the door, a rare commodity. Host Elias was super helpful and provided us with all kinds of tips and information for our Val d’Orcia excursions. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Montepulciano.

The apartment is wonderful size with a small but complete kitchen, two wonderful balconies, washer, a comfortable bed and office with great wifi. I stayed here for a week and was completely satisfied with the booking.

Walking distance to centre of Montepulciano and close to grocery store, bar and restaurants. The host provided plenty of information to make it a great stay.

The host of the flat is a super host! He met us on arrival, told us everything about the area nearby, recommended the most interesting places to visit and even helped us a lot to sort out our private issue. The flat is really very convenient and situated at the safe neighborhood of a nice town of Montepulciano. Don't expect the modern furniture. The flat has it's own lovely style that we liked very much. The old town is at the walking distance. The accommodation is equipped with all essentials even for a long stay. The supermarket, café, bakery are within 2-5 minutes. There is a local market on Thursday. The location is a prefect one to explore Tuscany. You can always find a parking place next to the house.
