The worst appartment I have even been in.

− The property was not clean. The sheets on the beds and the toilet seat were dirty. We saw cockroaches in the apartment. Even though it was located beside the main road, the place seemed like it needed to be more secure. I came back late once, and despite advising reception that I would stay out late, I still had to wait for almost half an hour for someone to open the gate. The place is noisy; the inner parking is a bar often rented out during weekends for private parties, forcing occupants to go through the back door. The place is very noisy, with loud music from the bar downstairs.
