1.0− very dirty room and the room had some thing that they bite me and now i don’t know what should i do

5.0Staff were very nice and polite.
− Half the electrical outlets didn't work, one of 2 lamps in the room didn't work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, and the front window wouldn't open. No AC, and no cross breeze made it very hot in the room. In fairness it was unusually hot, but it still would have been nice to have a second window that opened.
Staff was available for us to contact middle in the night and did meet us at this time to check us in.
