9.0The hotel was very clean with an exceptionally courteous staff. Imran served us well throughout our stay at the hotel. The food was delicious. Also the view from the bedroom window was picturesque and beautiful. On the whole it was a wonderful experience at Arco Srinagar.
− There should be a bannister / railing to climb the steps. It is difficult for the elderly to access the hotel because of the steps without a railing.
