− Położenie względem ulicy- lokal wydaje się zrobiony z lokalu usługowego. Jest w nim ciemno. Frontalny pokój to witryna sklepowa, drugi pokój też miał mleczną szybę w oknie. Łazienki są brudne. Kuchnia/salon ciemna, brak normalnego światła dziennego, zasłoniete okno z mleczną szybą. Kuchnia słabo wyposażona, naczynia brudne.

7.0Lo.mejor la ubicación es buena, es una zona tranquila, el metro a 3m andando y el s bahn (parada en charlottenburg )a unos 6 o 7m , dispone de 2 lavabos con ducha y un tercero con inodoro que para un grupo grande nos fue genial la verdad además dispone de papel WC, gel, secador, papel cocina, bolsas basura. Eq2
− Le falta una limpieza más profunda, tenía algunas telas de araña en los techos y un lavabo, las almohadas necesitan un cambio ya que están amarillas y alguna hasta tenía manchas, además las toallas creo que tendrían que ser blancas y no de colores y dibujitos, les falta cuidar estos detalles, aunque otras cosas compensaban,por cierto la tele no tenía sonido y les puse un mensaje el primer día y todavía espero respuesta, lllamemos al llegar 2 veces al teléfono que sale y no me lo cojieron tampoco
