Schöne traditionelle Villa mit kleinen Mankos

Die Villa liegt etwas abseits vom Ort Santanyi, was zum einen natürlich super ist zum anderen natürlich immer ein Auto erfordert. Sie bietet Platz für 10 Personen und verfügt über einen großen Pool. Ein großer Tische im Außenbereich mit Kühlschrank, Grill und Waschbecken, Waschmaschine. Dies hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns fast ausschließlich draußen aufgehalten. Der Außenbereich ist wirklich sehr schön und gepflegt und bietet für 10 Personen ausreichend Platz. Das Haus hat sehr viel Charme jedoch auch einige Mankos. Man ist in 35 min mit dem Auto in Palma und hat auch sonst eine gute Ausgangslage. Sanatanyi selbst ist ein niedliches kleines Örtchen mit ausreichend Restaurants. Ansonsten war aber alles sehr unkompliziert (Schlüsselübergabe usw).

− Im Haus ist es sehr dunkel und es fehlt an ausreichender Beleuchtung. Da die Fenster in einigen Zimmer wirklich sehr klein sind, kommt auch dort nicht so viel Licht rein. In der Dusche ist nur ein Duschvorhang, welche nicht viel bewirkt. Nach dem Duschen steht das halbe Bad unter Wasser. Auch fehlte es in der Küche an ausreichenden Messern, Tassen usw. für 10 Personen. Auch das die Anreise erst nach 16:00 Uhr erfolgen kann hat uns ein wenig gestört. Der Müll musste weggebracht werden an einen externen Müllplatz (ist man als Deutscher ja nicht gewohnt) sollte man aber beachten, da die Entsorgung durch die Vermietungsfirma teuer ist.

Sehr schönes Haus

− Die Verwaltung, Homerti, war sehr mühsam, es brauchte unzählige Mails und Telefon wegen der Kaution (nicht funktionierender Link)
