− Trotz bekannter Wespenplage wurden die Nester nicht aus der am Pool liegenden Hecke entfernt. Dadurch war der Pool tagsüber nahezu unbenutzbar, da bei 1 Person Allergie gegen Wespenstiche. Defekte Klimaanlage in einem Masterbedroom wurde erst nach Tagen und erneuten Aufrufen repariert, mit dem Hinweis, ein anderes Schlafzimmer zu benutzen. Pool müsste nach starkem Wind öfter gereinigt werden, da verstopfte Skimmer. Starke Asselplage im Haus, die auch mit Insektiziden nicht beherrschbar war.
