4.0預定4天住宿，只住兩天便check out走人。 沒有選項之下，入住4人混合間。第二天入住了一位滿身臭味又髒的大漢，此人有點像流浪漢，房間因此臭氣沖天，一刻也無法待。 和旅店反應，旅店一直說，你是在booking.com訂的，就是這樣，我們也沒辦法。 第二個晚上就這樣忐忑不安的勉強度過，隔天一早就趕緊走入，另找住處。 以往曾經用另一個email帳號，加上現在的新帳號，多年以來在booking平台上訂約住宿經驗都非常好，唯獨這一次實在太差了，簡直是一場災難，一場落荒而逃的災難。
− booking.com 應該對合作的旅店品質有所管控，否則會對booking的品牌名聲造成不良影響。

− Sehr minimalistische Ausstattung. Keine Ablagemöglichkeit. Sehr kleines 4 Bettzimmer. Für nur 2 Personen gibt es eine Sitzmöglichkeit. Kein Aufenthaltsbereich. Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr, aber dafür sehr teuer
