Great view, pool felt cooled with was amazing during hot days.

− Cleaning could have been better, wardrobe is available only in 1 room Additional costs for early check out Security staff if the building is quite aggressive

Thanks to Frank for the accommodation. We arrived late at night due to a delayed flight. Frank was always in touch and met us at the right time. The apartment was very clean and cozy, everything you need for living. And of course, the view from the window attracts special attention, it was wonderful

Feeling like you are on a cruise ship

Very nice location with a phantastic sea view. You feel like you are on a cruise ship.

− The building is quite off the beaten track and you have to drive about 20 km to Negombo to find a decent restaurant. Unfortunately we could not swim in the sea because there are rocks. There was a water problem during our stay and the plumbers tried to fix it during our dinner time.
