− het is een hele oude bende. staat een beetje op instorten. erg vies. grote zwembad mochten wij niet gebruiken dat is namelijk voor een ander appartement. als je, zoals wij, het bovenste appartement hebt geboekt, mag je van een heel klein opzetbad gebruik maken die achter het huis staat. dit bad was in weken niet schoongemaakt (zie foto's). lag vol met beesten. dit stond op het moment van boeken niet vermeld bij de beschrijving. zowel aan voorzijde als achterzijde heb je een balkon. het balkon aan achterzijde is ontzettend rommelig en vies (zie foto's). binnen was het muffig en al een tijdje niet schoongemaakt. de helft van het huis staat sowieso leeg, niet opgeknapt. je ziet dat daar al heel lang niemand is geweest. als eigenaar kan je niet trots zijn om dit te verhuren.

Las instalaciones perfectas. Comunicacion con propietario

− Una pena no poder utilizar la piscina delantera. Es preferible poder utilizarla y que no sea privativa de ningun apartamento.

Помещението е като етаж от къща. Домакинът Масимо се беше погрижил да остави плажни кърпи, чадър, които много ни помогнаха предвид, че бяхме със самолет. Имаше място в двора, където да паркираме наетата кола под наем. Беше на спокойно и тихо местенце във вилната зона до Кастелсардо. Има в близост много вкусна пицария и ресторант. Всичко беше на ниво.

− Малко трудно се справихме с тяхното /италианското/ разделно събиране на боклука :) Но това не е забележка, просто това ни беше най-голямото предизвикателство по време на престоя :) :) :)
