Buona posizione, sei vicino al centro ma in mezzo alla natura e al silenzio

− La pulizia non tanto buona, non ero a conoscenza della scalinata per arrivare alla stanza, non mi è stato spiegato niente di eventi e luoghi da visitare, comprese camminate, mi è stato spostato il check in due ore dopo perché avevano avuto problemi per le pulizie, nessuna possibile soluzione proposta, facendo presente che ci lasciavano sotto il caldo con una bambina di 3 mesi, mi è stato consigliato di andare in un centro commerciale, non un buon servizio, calcolando la casa non pulita bene

We struggled to get in as we arrived at 3am and we're unable to unlock the door due to our own stupidity but after a few calls came the host with their son and family just to educate us on how to open the door. Amazing and friendly people. The washing facilities and the complimentary prosecco were the cherry on top. It is also situated a 20-10 minute walk from the centre

The location is nice. Vittorio Veneto is a lovely old world town

− More mail, messages and obligations post-booking than we've experienced. Also, the wifi was on the fritz, and nothing was done about that...

Really nice, big apartement, fully equippex, but some of appliances and furniture need refurbishing. Nice touch was a botel of Prosseco in fridge as long with some snacks and bottles of water.

− The heating was only by AC unit, which wasn't turned on previously so it was rather cold when we arrved. Also all instructions from staff was in Italian so you have to use Google translate to know how to enter the apartment beacuse it requires instalation of special application on your phone.

1- The location, close to Piazza San Michele/ Piazza Salsa (on the bus route) but remote enough to be quiet. Well kept grounds. 2- The wonderful & friendly Margherita, the onsite assistant who patiently explained how to use some of the features like the big screen in the doors. 3- Loved the well behaved dogs Arturo & Chico, they were so friendly & cuddly. 4- Laundry room just outside our apartment with 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. 5- the remote control Air conditioner unit worked very well. 6- the power bar in bedroom allowed to charge multiple devices at same time. 7- lots of cups, dishes, pots & pans, kitchen utensils, closet space with hangers, 8- we felt secure with the locked gate. 9- recycling bins under kitchen sink and big well identified recycling bins tucked to the side near the gate for easy disposal of our recycling goods.

− I write the following as constructive feedback: Wishing there were written instructions: 1- how to use the coffee maker (I couldn’t find instructions online for that brand, so ended up making a mess when the machine leaked my coffee all over the counter and couldn’t have coffee.) 2- how to use the bug screen in the doors (finally asked Margherita); 3- what is recyclable? (Different countries have different rules) - The dryer took hours to dry clothes that should be dry in 40 minutes. Faster to just hang dry on the rack provided. Wish there were more racks to hang the clothes inside the bathroom on rainy days. … My “bed” the kitchen was terribly uncomfortable, I could feel the metal springs and a bar in the middle of it. I would highly recommend adding a top mattress or something… The slider on the fridge door didn’t latch into the slider on the cupboard door thus when we wanted to open the fridge we had to open the cupboard door of the fridge, then of the freezer in order to open the actual fridge. It a simple fix to unscrew the latch and re- screw at the proper alignment. I write all this as constructive feedback, we managed for the 10 days we were there, and truly enjoyed our stay.
