O apartamento possui duas suítes com ar condicionado, sala, cozinha e vaga de garagem. É muito bem equipado, servindo até mesmo para estadias mais longas. Estava bem limpo e muito bem conservado. O residencial possui uma ótima piscina e um jardim muito bonito, perfeito para um descanso no fim da tarde. Recomendo!

A acomodação atendeu muito bem nossa necessidade , extremamente limpa, roupas de cama e banho confortáveis , chuveiro ótimo, cozinha equipada e privacidade. Fomos com meu cachorrinho e tem uma espaço aberto no fundo com churrasqueira que é perfeito. A localização não é no centro mas fica próxima da vista onde saem os passeios que na minha opinião são os melhores trajetos, além de podermos desfrutar do pôr do sol na beira do lago.

São seis sobradinhos geminados novos, muito bem montados e completos. O local fica a poucos metros da represa, de onde partem os passeios de lancha. Fica um pouco distante da cidade, mas o silêncio e a tranquilidade são perfeitos.
