− Tivemos um problema com a reserva e tivemos que nos retirar hoje do local. O local estava bastante sujo e cheio de ratos e baratas. Acionamos os anfitriões para relatar o problema pois a cama dos quartos estavam cheias de cocô de rato e o mesmo teve a coragem de negar que se tratava de cocô de ratos. Minha filha de 6 anos pegou um coco na mão e saímos de lá às pressas por medo de contaminação. Pedimos que tomem uma medida quando a isto pois foi a pior e perigosa estadia que tivemos. Peço que nos façam o reembolso total pois ainda tivemos que limpar tudo para não nos prejudicarmos
