10.0Er was een zeer vlotte en duidelijke communicatie met Eric, onze host. Geen vraag was te veel. We hadden 2,5 prachtige dagen. De garage lag op 8 minuten wandelen van het appartement maar je had wel een staanplaats waar de auto 2,5 dag veilig is blijven staan. Voor het appartement moet je even met vier pinkers op in hat straatje staan maar als je het inladen een beetje organiseert - wij waren met vier - ben je snel terug weg. Het appartement ligt wat weg van het centrum maar dankzij de vlot rijdende metrolijnen 3 en 5 ben je er telkens om 20 à 30 minuten.
− Misschien het straatlawaai van de bar onder ons (kamer stapelbed) maar rond middernacht sluit deze.

10.0The owner is very warm and friendly, and the property is in a perfect neighborhood. The house has a very good air conditioning system, high-speed internet, smart TV, all kitchen equipment, two bathrooms, washing machine and dishwasher. Transportation to tourist centers is very easy; the bus and metro are a three-minute walk away. Get a T-Casual card, 10 rides for 13 Euros. There is a great bakery below the house, an Italian restaurant opposite, many cafes in the area, and a very classy shopping mall.

10.0Everything was wonderful. Eric, our Host could not have been more helpful or pleasant to deal with.
− It was a little pricey but that was because the Barcelona Tennis Tournament was on, which was why we were there, and we knew it woukd be the same for every other rental.property that week, so we were ok with that. Eric even allowed is download the Tennis TV App on to his TV, so we could catch up on what we missed during the day.
