− Kommunikation! Erst beim betreten der Unterkunft wird einem mitgeteillt dass man nicht die Wohnung bekommt die man gebucht hat, weil in der anderen verlängert wurde. Diese ist deutlich minderwärtiger, es wurde trotzdem der selbe Preis verlangt. Das Fußbadetuch war dreckig und fleckig. Durch den Stromausfall und weil mir was runtergefallen ist, habe ich mehrere lange Fremdhaare gefunden/gesehen, es war auch eines im Bett. Toilette wurde wohl im dunkeln gereinigt, rest Wischstaub auf Porzelan selbst. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert, nich auf Handy und nicht auf TV. 2 Aufzüge im Haus, einer hat immer Strom, dieser geht nur mit Chip, den man nicht bekommen hat, deshalb bei Stromausfall Treppe in 7 Stock. Es wurde eine Lampe für Stromausfälle hin gestellt, diese hat eine Leuchtkraft wie ein Glühwürmchen in der Hand. Die Person mit der man kommuniziert hat, hat einen darum gebeten dass man "wenn was nicht stimmte, es ihm mitteilt und keine schlechte Bewertung hinterlässt".
