Het bad was fijn om de spieren te verwennen na een hike in de prachtige omgeving van Crans Montana.
− Het bed was afschuwelijk!!. Dekbed van 1,40 op Ikea (tiener) uitschuifbed van 1.60. Herhaaldelijk hierover geklaagd. Huwei house, de exploitant, bleef volhouden dat we het juiste dekbed hadden. Daardoor moesten we zelf beddengoed gaan kopen. Parkeren voor de deur is alleen gratis tussen 19.00-8.00 Daarna moet je ieder uur je parkeerschijf verschuiven om boete te voorkomen. Uitzicht was niet prachtig, want we keken op een ander gebouw met 2 bomen ertussen. Kastjes en servies smoezelig en vies. Je kan nergens gratis parkeren in Crans-Montana. Door frustratie over het bed (er was ook nog een lat van de lattenbodem stuk) zijn we een dag eerder naar huis vertrokken. Advies: huur niets van Heiwa House want ze nemen je klacht niet serieus.
