7.0Estan muy bien, es una zona muy tranquila y la casa dispone de todo.
− La foto no coincide con la casa , de entrada no es ni de color verde. Llegamos y esa casa estaba sin limpiar y sin hacer las camas . Nos ubicaron en otra al lado de esa.
Atención y limpieza inexistente
1.0Las posibilidades que tiene el alojamiento si estuviera bien gestionado
− Experimentamos graves deficiencias. La atención al cliente fue inexistente, ya que nunca nos respondieron al teléfono ni contestaron a los mensajes, para atender las siguientes incidencias: Ninguno de los 3 aparatos de aire acondicionado funcionaba lo que impedía conciliar el sueño por el calor, a lo que se sumaron unas camas muy incómodas. El nivel de limpieza es PÉSIMO: encontramos pelos en la bañera y en la cama a la llegada, tanto las almohadas como el sofá presentaban manchas visibles y el menaje de cocina era insuficiente para poder comer. Desde el parking hasta el apartamento hay que recorrer a pie una distancia enorme cargando con el equipaje. Eviten este lugar.
