A lovely villa with beautiful countryside views and a great swimming pool. We initially had a problem with the hot water and odour smell in one bedroom but Carlos was so helpful and it was fixed within two hours.Only five minutes by car to the beach and bus stops on both sides from only a few minutes walk from the villa. Superb holiday.

− No complaints, maybe the drains need to be checked out.

Extremely spacious accommodation and grounds

A comfortable villa with great facilities for a family holiday.

Well equipped. Good facilities. Lovely clean pool. Great villa, plenty of space. Every bedroom had its own ensuite. Good garden for family to play in. Outdoor area provided relaxed eating area. Host responded to enquiries quickly.

− We knew its location but it was quite a long walk to Puerto Pollensa. Some of the wooden chairs outside need a bit of attention (glue needed for arms). Maybe a bigger bbq?

Majorca is lovely. The villa is not.

The kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of room in the villa for 6 people. Lots of common spaces and seating. The pool was clean. The villa was clean.

− We had no hot water for 5 days. The villa had not been properly checked before we arrived and was not in a state for guests. The boiler wasn't working because there was no fuel in it, a pump was broken and the system was full of sludge. It took two visits (lasting over 12 hours) from the plumber to fix it. The villa managers were not helpful at all. We had to chase them via email, text and phone for progress and we had been patient in waiting over the Easter break before doing so. They offered no alternatives and took no responsibility. It was a bank holiday so obtaining a part was an issue but the main problem was that the boiler had not been checked as working before we arrived. This should have been done. The villa is close to a busy road so there is a constant noise from traffic when sitting outside. It feels as though it was once loved but is not now. Things feel 'tired'. For example, the shower heads all need cleaning as water does not flow out of them properly and the sofas are covered in blankets to hide their age. Would not recommend the villa of the company managing it on behalf of the owners.
