8.0la ubicación es muy buena , muy cerca de la carretera principal y de Doradal. Mucha zona verde.
− No tienen un buen lobby y es difícil de encontrar al llegar. El parqueadero es lejos del hotel

Agradable pero podría ser mejor
8.0Tranquilidad y ma mayoría de instalaciones.
− La habitación que nos asignaron un completo desastre (105) olor a humedad, la ducha dañada y sucia, la tapa del inodoro mal estado, completamente oscura, solo una cortina gruesa es decir no se podía tener privacidad sino se cerraba completamente y aún así se habría por la mitad, adicional el aire estaba dañado le salía agua y nos mojó la ropa. Nos cambiaron al siguiente día pero esto es tema de mantenimiento y revisión constante. En la zona de los jacuzzis completamente sucios pedimos unas bebidas que se tardaron una hora y se nos cayó una rama de palma encima que podría haber terminado muy mal, también es un tema de mantenimiento y estar pendiente de estas cosas porque la rama ya estaba seca a punto de caer. Al personal le falta más atención, servicio, ofrecer todas las cosas que se pueden hacer, proque indicaron que había unos senderos y ya pero no hay horas programadas, pequeños grupos etc para disfrutar eso. También sugeriría más opciones en el buffet del desayuno.
