Nous sommes ravis de notre communication avec Yulond ; elle est aimable et a répondu à toutes nos questions avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

− En revanche, nous sommes très déçus des équipements de l'appartement. On nous avait annoncé la présence d'un lave-vaisselle, mais il ne fonctionnait pas. À notre arrivée, nous n'avons pas eu d'eau pendant plus de 24 heures, ni même à notre départ.
