9.0Abbiamo apprezzato tutto: il comfort e la pulizia della stanza e degli spazi comuni, la professionalità e la cordialità dello staff, i numerosi servizi offerti, l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
− Migliorerei la pulizia della spiaggia e la raccolta differenziata della plastica.

9.0Camera Fabulous molto grande, bella, pulita e vicina al mare. Cibo di buona qualità, sempre fresco e tanta scelta. Resort estremamente pulito. Il personale è cortese e disponibile, tranne gli addetti alla reception, quasi tutti incompetenti Mare bello a partire da metà pontile. La barriera corallina nonostante sia abbastanza morta, è popolata da pesci colorati.
− servizio Reception poco preparati, hanno cercato in tutti i modi di prenotarci un Taxi a pagamento per andare in aeroporto, pur avendo il transfer gratuito. Pochi Tuk Tuk per spostarsi all'interno del Resort, non grandissimo ma a luglio fa molto caldo. Mancanza di cartelli con l'indicazione dei ristoranti. L'ultima sera, con l'arrivo di molti ospiti, il buffet ha diminuito notevolmente la qualità del cibo.

9.0Milý a ochotný personál, skvelé jedlo, program parádny a suprove bazény.
− Pokazená chladnička na izbe swim-up, po nahlásení to hneď prišli opraviť, ale aj tak chladnička sa ťažko otvárala a zatvárala. Nesvietilo svetlo v našom bazéne a ani po oprave sa nezaplo.

8.0Struttura nuova , molto bella e molto grande. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Piscine molto belle. Camere spaziose e ben attrezzate.
− La struttura essendo molto recente ha bisogno ancora di tempo per trovare un equilibrio corretto. Il buffet bene ma senza cambiare mai , piatti sempre uguali. Sarebbe opportuno evidenziare il cibo ed eventuali allergeni ( assenti) .Qualche parola in più di italiano da parte dello staff almeno della reception non sarebbe male.
