1.0I didn't get to stay because they double booked and were unhelpful about the situation.
− The communication from staff and the lack of advice and help once it was clear they had booked out the rooms yet my booking still went through on booking.com
Lovely night in a lovely place
6.0Lovely big room, very comfy bed and perfect location
− Bedroom was freezing and smelt strongly of cigarettes

− The room had a dirty carpet, the bed was very uncomfortable, I was not able to use the tv as I was not given a code for the Wi-Fi One of the window locks was broken so not able to open it There was a part used soap stuck to the shower unit Very disappointed that there was no breakfast included in the price I would not pay that much for that type of room again, I would not stay here again

Very enjoyable and memorable in good way
10.0Whole stay was great staff were friendly and informative went out of their way to help even though new to management, cook was exceptional went above and beyond and food was wonderful
