8.0・朝食がとても美味しく、だしや芋煮などの郷土料理も楽しめた。 ・選べるプライベートバスが快適だった。

− スタッフの対応がとても不快に思いました。 スタッフの確認不足で泊まる前日から不快なままのチェックインしました。 チェックインの時も２週間前に2泊3日に変更しましたが1泊と言われ携帯を取り出し説明しましたが研修生の対応で近くにいる先輩スタッフは見てはいたもののフォローにはなかなか来なく疲れもあり、イライラしてきました。しばらく予約画面を見せて説明したら先輩スタッフがきましたがチェックインが終わるまで30分くらいかかりスタッフからは説明もなく不機嫌な顔での謝罪のみでした。 今まで1番不快な気分になりました
また機会があれば泊まりたいとおもいます
7.0無料でレンタル自転車（3台あった）が利用できたので、近場の観光、買い物に便利だった。
− 米沢駅からの道程が初めて来た人には判りにくく、初日は建物の看板は見えたがどの道を行けばよいかわらず迷った 大浴場の利用時に部屋→フロント→浴室（最上階）→フロント→部屋の流れが効率化できると良いですね。
