7.0Das Hotel liegt zentral, guter Ausgangsort für Unternehmungen. Freundliches Personal, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.
− Es war nachts teils etwas laut, da sich in der kleinen Seitengasse ein Lokal befindet.

3.0Die Lage vom Hotel war sehr gut man kann alles erreichen zu Fuß.
− Was uns nicht gefallen hat: Das Hotel war leider sehr ungepflegt. Obwohl wir fünf Nächte dort waren, wurden unsere Handtücher kein einziges Mal gewechselt. Die Zimmerreinigung bestand nur aus Bettenmachen und Mülleimer leeren. Der Boden wurden nicht gesaugt noch gewischt und war ständig voller Haare und Staub. Unter dem Bett lagen Staub, Haare und sogar Socken von früheren Gästen. Trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden und der Zusage des Personals, das Zimmer gründlich zu reinigen, wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Auch der Duschabfluss war mit Haaren verstopft, sodass das Wasser nur sehr langsam ablief. Obwohl wir dies gemeldet und sogar im Zimmer gezeigt haben, wurde nichts unternommen. Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Man hört jeden Schritt und jedes Gespräch auf dem Flur. Für 663 € für fünf Nächte ist dieser Zustand absolut nicht akzeptabel. Sauberkeit ist für mich sehr wichtig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.
