9.0L'accueil chaleureux, la réactivité, la sécurité qui est un point fort! la propreté++++ L'hôtel est ancien on le ressent, mais c'est l'usure avec le temps de matériaux de très bonne qualité, et il est très bien entretenu; la chambre était assez spacieuse et bien équipée. Le calme, le confort sont au rendez-vous; on peut travailler aisément, on peut se réunir en toute quiétude... l'emplacement en plein centre ville; bref, j'appréhendais mais je n'ai vraiment pas eu de mauvaise surprise comme dans certains hôtels plus côtés... Le rapport qualité -prix est correct!
− il manque juste le fer à repasser dans les chambres, on est obligé de faire appel à la buanderie ce qui peut être un peu embêtant quand on est très pressé.
